Ordering Method
You can choose to order products via
1. Web page www.unatechsports.com by pressing the order via the button “Add to Cart” in the product page you want. You can order as many as you needed. The ordered products will be collected in the shopping cart. You can view the list of all ordered products by pressing the “View Cart” button.
– If all orders are fulfilled, press the “Checkout” button. A screen will appear to let you fill in your information. Please enter your name, shipping address, phone number, email, then check in the box “I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions” and press the “Place Order” button. After that, we will inform the bank account number used to transfer payment back to you.
– The list of products that specified “In stock” is a product that is ready to be shipped and you can order. If it is specified “Out of stock”, that product is out of stock at the moment. If you would like to order “Out of stock” products, please contact us via Line, Email or call us.

After you have transferred the money to make payment for the product successfully, please send proof of payment back to us via Line id: @unatechsports / Email: info@unatechsports.com / or Contact Form in menu “Contact” on our web page. So we will deliver the product according to the name and the address you provided.
Delivery Process
We deliver all items by EMS or Kerry Express or other express transportation companies every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (holiday on Wednesday). The delivery time for the day is cut at 3.00 PM. Customers who confirm the payment transfer after that time, the items will be sent on the next working day.
After delivery, we will notify the parcel tracking number back to you. Customers can check the status of the parcel on the Thai Post or Kerry website. (We recommend you to check after 6.00 PM. in case that Thai Post or Kerry will need to scan the parcel number and loaded into their system first).
